Arrival

Nice idea, but somewhat stupid when the weather is awful. As it is, right now. It started to rain the moment we left Somerset and entered Devon, “some welcome”.

Our destination the Riviera, well perhaps next year...
this time its Torbay, the English Riviera.

We arrived in Hillhead just after 12’0clock, its still raining only now very windy. It took the two of us to put the awning up, with every strap I can find I pegged it out, if I have made it sound epic,  “Gone with the wind”, the parting of the waves  in the “Bible”, alright not that bad.....the Sun has come out so perhaps not quite the end of the world.

I had planned on going down to Brixham Harbour to eat fish and chips and to see the lights, we just might eat out at “Nico’s”, 100 yards away, the site has a restaurant and a swimming pool.
